Title: DL90 Datalogger for sale - Sold
Post by: Stuart Thomson on June 17, 2008, 07:14:37 PM
Race-Technology DL90 for sale.

I've upgraded to the DL1 and Dash2 so this is surplus to requirements.

It's got 32Mb of internal memory which is enough for heaps of logging, I used it for most of the six hour race last year.

Comes with the GPS unit and software.

$300

PM me if you're interested.

Stuart

Hi Ray,

The DL90 is similar to the DL1 (which Jim uses, and I've upgraded to).

The DL90 doesn't have external memory, you are limited to the 32Meg on board.  This has not caused me a problem, 32Mb is heaps, the only time I've run out has been when I forgot to wipe it's brain before a track day and didn't have my laptop to do so.

The DL90 has less inputs than the DL1.  The DL90 only has two analogue inputs, a digital, an rpm and speed input.  The DL1 has lots more.  Again not a problem as most people get the speed from the GPS and RPM and that's all they log, I'll be doing water temp and oil pressure, mainly because I have to rig them up to use the Dash2.

The DL90 has an external GPS unit.  This splits the box in two, and you have a few more cables running around in the car.  Both units use the same external antenna.

Cheers
Stuart
