Title: Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery
Post by: Neil Choi on March 04, 2015, 09:20:49 PM
Always noticed this, now had a chance to take a pic.  Also the i45 has a similar scroll but upside down.  Will get a pic next time.

If you look at the prior two or three series of Mazda 6 sedans, I have always thought there was a strong 156-159 influence, which I reckon has flowed through to the new Mazda3 hatch sharing some Giulietta styling cues. I wonder if it follows from the on/off relationship over the Spider?

My mate has an i45 and they have not only similar lights but electrics in general
They are so keen to follow the europeans  in cars that Hyundai has even mastered dodgy electrics
his car is amazing whilst driving you cant put the headlights on at night the car goes into limp mode
you can use the windscreen washers in day time this will also make it go into limp mode
and if you are brave enough to drive at night and in the rain it stops all together
I went to a meeting with him the other night but he chose the  32 year old alfa as it is more reliable than his i45
