Daniel Ricciardo driving Targa Florio in an Alfa Romeo 33TT3, well sort of....
Given that Alfa Romeo now 'sponsor' Scuderia Ferrari and Red Bull Racing are Renault powered, one wonders what the branding opportunities were for this extravagent promotional activity, nott we shouldn't complain.

Both links also have a clip from the original 1972 Speed Merchants film - one of the finest motor racing films ever made.
It shows how current Red Bull 'tsar' Dr Helmut Marko almost won the Targa Florio in a works 33TT3. Apparently it is the ex-Marko 33TT3 that Ricciardo is driving in this film.
There is also mention that Ricciardo's father was born in Ficcara in northern Sicily. So I guess it all makes sense after all. :)
