It was pretty straightforward when I did it... this is from memory:

1. the top of the door lock button flips up, exposing a hex key screw fitting.  Undo that, then remove the button.
2. a trim cover is on the door pull, flip it off and there's at least one heavy duty screw behind that, maybe two?  The door pull itself comes away from the door trim.
3. the trim is held to the door frame around the edge in several places using clips which 'pop' into place.  I used a thin spatula and pushed it between the trim and door frame, then slide it up to alongside each clip then give it a firm tug and it should pop free.  You'll probably break a couple.
4. when the door trim is free it will be hanging from the top of the door frame around the window, push it up and free from the door.

Not so easy to describe actually... sorry!

2a. there is also a triangular trim cover for the side mirror; unclip, pulling from the top corner.
