Howdy fellow alfisti,
I have a small issue with my 116 GTV6 where in low revs (1700-2000) in higher gears when trying to pull away there is a slight miss or hesitation in the engine. The engine otherwise revs sweetly and holds a steady idle.
Any thoughts?

Check the basics first all your vaccum hoses etc and check your ignition timing too. How good are the plugs and leads? Distributor cap and rotor should be cleaned or changed if more than 10 years old? Air flow meter can also be cleaned too and the track inside I can show you how if you like
