Hi guys, can anyone tell me if the alusive alfa 155 2l 16v head bolts up to a nord or 75ts block?
I have read about 16v heads for the 2 llitre RWD Alfas and just wanting to better understand what I should be looking for if I wanted to go 16v..
Thank in advance.

I know little about the Nord engine or if it even came with a 16V head at all, let alone in a 155. However the only 16V 155 engines I have seen in a 155 are Fiat donks, the Q4 engine and the Fiat modular engine, AKA 156TS. Neither of these will fit I know that.
Nope won't fit. One is chain and the other is belt. And I think the later 16v is fiat.
And there is 16v heads for nord engines. But tey are worth thousands of dollars and I doubt there is even more then one in Australia.
My opinion on the nord 16v head is that I can not justify the price they are worth.
Thanks for the feedback guys, I am looking abroad, I just want to be able to recognise one if i see it :).
I'm sure i read somewhere that the last of the alfa blocks not fiat cam out with 16v?
I just wannted to clarify what car model was that on?
last of the Alfa 75's, 164s wih TS and i heard early 155?
thanks,
Marino
There's some interesting discussion on 8 and 16V 155 heads buried in this thread in case you haven't come across it.

You are correct, the 2L nord has a 16 valve head to suit. Good luck in finding or affording one. Some time ago a club member had one in his alfetta but couldn't get it to run right.
