Title: SUD CENTA
Post by: colcol on June 29, 2013, 09:34:08 PM
Looking through all my old Alfa Romeo literature, i came accross a book from a place called the SUD CENTA, that specialised in performance equipment for Alfasuds.
They were around about 1983-1985?, used to advertise in the motoring liftout in the AGE, and you would contact them for a book with all their equipment.
They were Mr & Mrs A Wall, C/- The Engine Factory, Collins Street, Kangaroo Flat in Victoria.
Some of the things they sold included 1 Standard exchange engines, 2 Stage 2 sports engines, 3 Stage 3 super sports engines, also change over gearboxes, twin carb conversions, Weber 40 DCNF conversions, changeover cylinder heads, low profile tyres on Alfa steel rims, heavy duty clutches and lightened flywheels, sports air cleaners, performance camshafts, racing engine steady kits, electronic ignition conversion kits,  service kits and spare parts, weekend club sport kits for motors for 1200 cc, 1300cc and 1500 motors, which had all sorts of goodies like camshafts, bigger carbs, modified manifolds, throttle linkages, sports air cleaners, big bore exhaust systems,
Home engine builders engine kits, including big bore conversions, taking your 1200cc out to 1300cc, allow rim packages, Campanatura factory mags, Personal brand steering wheels, even servicing tools and tooll kits, anybody remember the SUD CENTA?, Colin.
