Title: 1969 1750 GT Veloce Indicator/Light stalk needed
Post by: mbakermarco on May 29, 2013, 11:22:41 PM
The indicators operate with a mind of their own on my car - feels like a worn out mechanism to me - has anyone got one of these that isn't "floppy" ?

Thanks guys

Regards

Is it just floppy or doesn't actually work. I only ask as every 105 series alfa I have driven has soft-floppy indicators. It's normal.

If the indicator/headlight stalk is all knackered you could try classic alfa in the UK. They used to do a replacement swap deal. You send them yours and they would send at a price a reconditioned unit. It's possible you might be able to get new replacement units from the usual suppliers in the UK and possibly here, I just havnt checked lately.

Hi,

My brother is an Auto Electrician, he re-conditions both the 105 indicator switches and the Alfa 75 ones.
Give him a call 0407 833 178 his name is Robert. He's based in Melbourne, might be more cost effective than sending your switch all the way to another country.
