I've driven it many times in GT legends on the computer (in the Alfa GTA of course).  I think it's Zandvoort in the Netherlands.

Evan this is not Zandvoort, Zandvoort is in the dunes, once you have seen the place you know it. Almost no trees and lots of sandy dunes with just costal grasses. I an thinking Dijon but not sure, turn 1 Dijon is right and then the track wides up and down the hill like this. Has been a long time since I have seen Dijon. The sign over the track before T1 is for France 3 a TV network which makes me think its a french track.

Anthony, you are correct.  I googled Dijon and got Wiki with a map of the track and watched the youtube for the corners.  Obviously I am bored and got nothing better to do.

Damn it.  Hate being wrong  :'(

Yep Dijon-Prenois is one of the original tracks in GT Legends on the computer.  That's the one.
