Title: Paint tin explosion - FML

I walked into the shed tonight to find that the 4L tin of AR514 Rosso Italia I'd left on the shelf with about 1L of paint still in it had exploded from air expansion in today's heat.  It was sitting upside down so it sort of launched like a rocket and spewed paint all over the suspension parts that were waiting to go back on my Spider after Easter.  Yet another setback!

Are you sure it wasn't a Mythbusters episode when they tried to spray paint a room by blowing up a paint can?, Colin.
