Out of interest for those into these things - Alfa have an official instagram feed: http://instagram.com/alfaromeoofficial

This is interesting:

Beautiful rendering. Gee the look of this car in motion is really growing on me - can't wait to see the proportions in the flesh. I find most modern cars look bulky in real life.
This is interesting also: http://4c.alfaromeo.com/ - pick a colour, any colour (as long as it's red or white).
Who's saving up fir a new toy then!?!
I'll be waiting until 2042 to buy one in average condition and perform a nut and bolt restoration, documenting every step on the 'Internet', which by then will be beamed direct from the government of Facebookia into our brains. Part of the restoration will be conversion to solar power as fossil fuels will have been outlawed many years prior...
Um... No. But if you buy one I'd like a drive...!

Half baked website I'd say, considering a silver one was revealed.
Well yes. The video says the proper colour selector is on its way.
The launch version (500 for NA, 400 for Europe, 100 for everywhere else) sounds like it'll be 'carrera white' only.
Write-up & info.
Unfortunately, it sounds like it'll be pretty expensive by the time it makes our shores.
Will have to wait for the notorious Alfa depreciation to take hold!

White and red for the limited signature edition available now.
Other colours as per website are for the standard car.
Try the official videos on you tube with the headphones on for the engine note, sounds great.

Well, at least there will be little to no rust problems to take care of during restorations.
It certainly is a bloody beautiful car.

Is it just me, or are the show cars missing that horrible tacked on brake-inlet? And what the hell is going on with those headlights?
Gorgeous car though, can't wait to see it in the flesh, and please Alfa make it drive as good as it looks.
+1 to the headlights being a bit naff. Maybe I'll get used to them.
It's all academic until we get some driven reviews. It has all the right ingredients, it's up to Alfa to have found a way to make a mess of it. Perhaps we'll have another piece of 'automotive art' like the 8c?
There is this great Launch Edition Video.
Note the Classic Alfa Romeo collection at the end.
That video gets me a little excited.
I want one!
Gets me almost excited as any 105......
What were the numbers, 2500 build, 1000 each to Europe and USA, balance to the rest of the world.
So numbers could be a bit scarce.
Saving my pennies now.
