Hi All,
Having bought a 156 GTA to cater for a growing family, my 2001 GTV V6 has to go. This is a very reluctant sale but I barely drive enough km's for one car let alone two.
The basic details are:
-2001 Phase 2, rosso red with beige leather momo interior
-I am the 3rd owner, and it now has 168,700km
-I bought it in 2006 when it had 152,000km on it
-Optional extras include 17 inch teledial wheels, rear spoiler supplied (but not fitted)
-Full service history - my maintenance has always been carried out by Bruno at Maranello Motors
It also has a few appropriate improvements, such as:
-Q2 diff
-Eibach springs with Koni adjustable shock absorbers
-Sony Bluetooth head unit (original head unit supplied)
-Michelin Supersport 225/45/17 tyres (purchased about 3,000km ago) - Ferrari fit these as standard to their new models
-Quad exhaust (original muffler can be supplied)
As well as being correctly maintained by its two previous owners, my maintenance history is as follows:
-I have had the oil changed every year regardless of kms driven
-I have changed suspension and brake components as required
-Cambelts and waterpump were changed approximately 500km ago
-new battery 3000km ago
-new MAF sensor
-replaced air-conditioning compressor
The car is extremely reliable, has delivered strong dyno-test results at the Alfa Club Beninca Dyno Day and is a pleasure to drive. It was also a 2007 class-winner at the annual Spettacolo.
The driving position, steering, engine sound and gearbox mean you can really enjoy this car.
Any downsides? The paint is shiny but it does have a few stone chips, and the interior has the usual driver's seat bolster wear.
PM me if interested. The car is in North Melbourne if anyone would like to test drive
