Hi,

I'm chasing a couple of two wire (the ones with two wires and one bare wire) Alfa 75 gearbox senders for a twinspark gearbox.  Mine seems to be shagged.

The one in the middle:

Of course I would like to purchase a working example :-).  If you have the amplifier that sits under the rear seat that would also be appreciated.

Please pm me.

Cheers

Just to help Mike clarify this component, the photos below illustrate the original look of the items.

BTW The combined 2 wire sender and black box can be replaced with a 3 wire sender that has the following colour codes:

1 Grey wire>signal to speedo head
2 Pink/ Black>battery positive feed
3 Black > Negative ground, earth, or chassis ground.

See photos.

I forgot to say that it doesn't matter which model transaxle the sender comes from (GTV6, 75, 90) they are all the same as long as they are Jaeger units.

Thanks Mike, I had wondered this.

In which case I will settle for any.  But if I take a two wire variety, I think I had beter also take a sender unit from under the rear seat as well.
