Purchased from Vin Sharp for a project that didn't go ahead. Consists of an original 536 series 1570cc engine block as fitted to factory GT Veloce or Spider Duetto production from 1966 to 1968. The matching cylinder head measures 112mm thick which is factory original thickness and very hard to find now. It also cones with standard camshafts, crankshaft, inlet manifold, connecting rods, front timing cover, complete oil pan and correct 8 bolt flywheel.

Original 536 engines are getting difficult to find in restorable condition. With this particular block Vin advised the usual approach of honing the bores and fitting 1750 pistons and liners to give an overall capacity of around 1650cc while maintaining original thickness liners for improved reliability compared to other over-bore kits from Spruell, etc. This is quite straight forward for an experienced machininist.
