A casual gathering of the Alpine Chapter people and members alike, a chance to tell some tall tales and drink some of Sam’s award winning wines. All welcome.

Where - Milawa Cheese Factory.
            Factory Road, Milawa.
            ph. 5727 3589.
            e-mail  info@milawacheese.com.au.

           Lunch start time around 12noon.
Alpine Chapter meeting start time, 11am, all welcome to attend the meeting.

I dropped in to Milawa Cheese Factory  today to make our bookings.   The outside area looks absolutely fantastic after the recent rain.   The huge outside area is heavily shaded and was nice and cool when l was having a look around.  Booked a table for 14 people, give or take a few.
We are having a Chapter Meeting at 11am in the same location, just to sort out our 2012 calendar and the new database we are working on.

The 2012 calendar is looking good and taking shape nicely.  We have a tribute drive planned for the 116 series Alfas in June.  This is going to be a ripper event, taking on some classic Alpine country valley roads and gap roads in between.  We already have 6 GTV’s entered, one coming all the way down from QLD and another from ACT.  So keep an eye on the forum for  the 'Transaxles and log fires day tour' more details to follow very soon.

Cheers Paul

I thoroughly enjoyed the day at Miliwa.

Good to see some robust planning and the Chapter getting things going at its own exciting pace with a variety of events and activities.

Thanks for a good lunch.

Yep, Milawa is a great little spot.  It's a great location for such an event with heaps of shaded parking and plenty of room.
Thanks John for attending our meeting and bringing along all the classic Alfa books, everyone was keen to have a look.
