156 Timing Belt Replacement?

I did have money once... but that's now in this Alfa with a possibly worn timing belt  :-\

If the car is manual, I'll buy it off you for $2500 when the belt breaks and you really really can't afford it.  Might sound cruel, but thats about what it will be worth to someone once you subtract the cost to repair... V6's are even more expensive to repair than Twinsparks if the belt breaks...

And you will be happy to know the timing belt was replaced last week for a substantially cheaper price of $1800 compared to $2500 from Alfa.
