Some help wanted,
   Not Cars but Tractors.
This tractor as any tractor furnatic may well tell you,
It  looks like and most probably is of an International Harvester origin, the Tiran 10-20 made from 1915 to 1922.
Painted in Grey enamel with red wheels and had a top speed of 2.5-2.75 mph at a max. 500 rpm.
Only change I can see is the RHS stub axle length and that could be a modification for another farming practice.

Yet this tractor stands proudly in a back room at the Alfa Romeo Museo in Milano.
Where was it made and by whom?
Could it have been a  "one off"  manufactured in a tractor works in Romeo, Michigan, USA.?

Hope some kind person can help

Cheers
