Limp mode reset

Hi,
The check engine light has come on after having a battery problem and car is now in limp mode.
Looking for instructions to clear the fault and reset limp mode without using a computer. Mechanics booked out until Feb 23.
I’ve seen some YouTube vids but haven’t found one that works for 2008 159 JTD 2.4L diesel.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
