Sad news
« on: March 27, 2021, 08:48:33 AM »
Sad news for older Victorian members with news of the passing of Max Kinnersley a few days ago. Apart from his infectious nature Max will be remembered amongst other things for his spirited driving of his Alfetta GTV at club sprints .Also his passion for  105 sedans . In particular Giulia Supers.  Vale Max.

Yes, sad to hear. Max was an eternal optimist & generally feel good kind of guy. Always there with a laugh and a smile and to enjoy the best in every situation. Even when things were not going as smoothly as could be, Max was still a glass half full, rather than half empty personality.
 Veloce guidare Max.

Max was the sort of guy you always enjoyed seeing walk through the door.  A true likable larrikin, his infectious smile always lit up the room.

Sadden to hear this.   He was a great guy to go to Club Sprints with.

I recall we were constantly stirring him about his "standard class" Alfetta GTV 2.0 which was dubbed the "Max Pack".
All good fun off and on the track and nothing too serious.

Also the time I put new yellow Konis on my silver GTV6.  I knew full well that he would check out my new mod, so I wrote "What are you looking at, Max?" on the rear Konis.  His reaction when he saw that was absolutely hilarious!!

See you another time, Cobber.
