UCONNECT SOFTWARE UPDATE

Hey all

I have posted this before but Im rapidly loosing features on uconnect with every phone update 😔, I have now lost ALL text features/functionality on my 2015 G, any one know of an available update? FCA/UCONNECT website does not recognize my VIN.
Music and phone still work fine.....atm ....😕
