Hi Folks,

Since nobody gave me any presents for my 73 rd birthday last Monday I went out an bought myself a new Mito 1.4 TCT. In three days it has taken ten years off my age already, fun car to drive and so easy to park when you find it hard to turn your head anymore! Seven years ago I had a Brera which was great fun too even if the critics bagged it but only kept it for a year as the missus refused to ride in it so we had a boring big German car instead until i traded it on the Mito on Monday. Taking it on a Brisbane to Townsville run next week to loosen it up and will keep in touch.

Cheers

Very well done, a couple of years ago, my dad who was 81 had a lend of my 156 wagon for a couple of weeks, while he had to wait on delivery of his new car ( a Skoda Superb) and while he found using a manual gearbox a little difficult, it had been some years since last had a manual car, he enjoyed my Alfa. Mind you many years previously he had owned a Fiat, let alone put up wit my brother and my collection of Alfa's etc. Hope you enjoy the MiTo.

As on one of my previous rants, i thought that the MiTo was a great car and fun to drive, had it for 4 days at the 6 hour relay event at Winton, where it was used as a safety car, had an absolute ball driving up there and back.
Hey Wanderer, in Victoria on the 24th of May we are having a Workshop night for the current models at Zagames in Richmond, it would be a nice drive down for you to get to know your MiTo a bit more, see Forum for details, Colin.
