Title: 147 GTA Undertary Advice
Post by: danielc on November 11, 2012, 01:22:26 PM
Hello,

My undertary is just about ready for the tip, any advice on weather I should replace it with an original, fiberglass or aluminum?

Thanks,

Daniel.

Hi Daniel,

I have just had a batch of Kevlar ones made for GTAs.  They aren't cheap, but they last.  The best thing about them is the rigidity, they don't sag.

The Aluminium ones are good too, but once dented will stay dented, until you take it off and straighten it.

I know that there was a group buy of the Al ones from OS some time ago, maybe there's still some left over.

My Kevlar ones aren't cheap, $450 each, but they are good.

I'll put an advert in the buy and sell section with pictures.

Cheers
Stuart

i organised the group buy, but it's really not that expensive to get one for yourself...

i got them from alfastumper.dk  - about $200 iirc...

perfect fit, great product... no sag at all of course.

very happy.
