Title: Sud Suspension Bushes
Post by: Sportscar Nut on January 30, 2012, 09:26:17 PM
Time to replace the lower control arm bushes on the Sud. Have been running solid bushes for many years but the 'groan' from out of shape outer bushes needs to be rectified! Any ideas where to get stiffer front suspension bushes would be much appreciated.

Thanks
Paul

I have seen various 'stiffer' bushes on various Suds and 33's over the years, just be carefull of the one that connects to the body, it has to have a certain amount of flex to work properly, and it has to go up and down properly with suspension travel, if it is too stiff with no compliance the flexing will take place around the mount which will result in  the mount pulling out of the body, Colin.
