Took my car in there they were great HIGHLY recommend!!
They have been involved with the marque for many years in sales, service and racing.
Regards.
That's good to hear. There wouldn't be too much they don't know about Alfa's...though I'm not sure how much of their work is on current say post 2000 models.
But out of interest what was the fix to your problem?
When you go to the best, you get the best.
Plain and simple.
I'm pretty sure they everything that goes wrong with all Italian cars, new and old.

Can not answer for Charlottek but generally I have recommended Benincas re selespeed for a very good reason. They are highly professional and now do work on modern Alfa's as thats the future of the marque and where the business growth is.
At the Dyno day I queried what they do for current models. They were quick to advise that they had a 'fix' for selespeed bunny hops/ kangaroo hops. This is replacing the solenoid for about $350. To many times people are advised to replace the complete unit for $4,000. The unit does wear out and an option appears to replace the selespeed parts as necessary over time - solenoid, pump and actuator.
In talking to other Alfa Specialist (some sponsors - some not as yet), diagnostic skills and knowledge of selespeed repairs is getting much better with replacement options now well known.
Cheers.
