G'Day guys,
Just wanted to hear from the seasoned campaigners if they have special insurance arrangements to cover for club endorsed trackdays? I am currently with Shannons and about to participate in the driver training at Winton and wonder if I should call them and see if I need more than the full comp cover I already have.
Also, more importantly, I have heard several theories on the best way to recover your vehicle if you happen to have a crash or mechanical failure. Is something like RACV total care worth pursuing for such a thing?

Although I haven't got on track insurance, I am reliably told it is a product that Shannons can offer.....I imagine it would not be a small premium ::)
RACV total care. There is another club member (also with a 1600 Jnr) who has made use of their services after a bad day at the track....more than once!!
