Title: Need Help: Limp Mode Giulietta!!
Post by: onboard on January 22, 2024, 10:29:13 AM
2014 Giulietta 940 Tbi

Limp mode almost immediately after driving, usually in first or second gear.

Getting fault code P1682.

My snap-on tool shows this as a throttle body issue, however fiat and others list it differently. Want to make sure I'm barking up the right tree.  Is this a throttle body fault for an Alfa?  Located in Australia.

Customer has already had the throttle body and ECU replaced with second had parts and now I'm on the case trying to see what was missed. For some reason the 'live data' sampling rate on my snap-on is so slow on this vehicle I cant even catch a voltage drop issue when it happens... I have wiring diagrams and so forth, but any help would be appreciated.
