Just bought a 2017 Giulia Super with only 30k/kms and the engine light and limp mode been activated. The diagnostic fault is P008B, but McCarrolls in Sydney have had the car for 3 days and cannot get it reset to get it out of limp mode. Has anyone else had this problem or any knowledge of it that can share some advice or recommendations please? Would be greatly appreciative. The car operates fine - but it's locked in 'n' mode with the engine light and stop-start light on, both in amber colour.

P008B is usually associated with a bad fuel pump/low fuel pressure.
Just a message for everyone, for future reference, the fault description given along with the fault code is just as important
when trying to diagnose problems. Also knowing if they are using dedicated Alfa diagnostic software/tool or generic equipment
helps too.
