can anyone help me please ?
My daughter purchased a new Guilietta in 2017 and it has the clear coat peeling off ,
she has called the dealership on numerous occasions for someone to help with this
No one ever rings back , I also have rang on three occasions and was told that some one would contact me ,
that did not happen .
we contacted Alfa head office and was informed that it is now out of warranty and they cant do anything , we informed them that it was reported a number of times while it was in warranty
and nothing was done .
does anyone know who can help us out , also the left front interior door handle broke while it was under warranty and was told by the dealer that it is wear and tear and not covered and if we wanted one it would cost $1800 to get one in . we are really disapointed ,she loves the car but not customer service

DO as I did with my past new giulietta , contact FAIR TRADING , It took a while but i did get a result in my favour
