Title: 147 GTA brakes
Post by: Luca gt on November 28, 2021, 11:58:44 PM
Just looking into getting some new slotted and drilled rotors and pads anyone have anything worth recommending? Also are braided brake lines worth it? If so how many is it per side? Cheers.

First of all, I would advise against drilled. Slotted and dimpled is ok though, albeit quite useless in daily driving.

I had RDA slotted and dimpled on my race car, they're quite ok, cheap, but seems like don't enjoy racing conditions too much. But other applications should be fine, and what's important they look the business. And given the price, certainly worth considering when you are due for rotor change.

Braided brake lines are a nice touch, though I never noticed the difference in pedal feel. I had Goodridge and Hel, both are good quality, one line per corner.
