I wanted to get a hands free kit , then I found this

just wondering if anyone has done this upgrade and what to look out for and any advice on which to buy

I haven't got that far, I just got myself a bluetooth/USB module that works instead of CD changer.
The brand was LaPower but also YaTour seems ok. Never used it as a hand free, haven't even bothered to try, however it worked really well as bluetooth adapter. Even next/prev track buttons on the steering wheel worked and made my phone go to the next track.
