Hi all
My 159 2.2 ti battery went flat so I jump started it and it started fine ,but the next day noticed a symbol on the dash of a steering wheel and a lock?
So I turned off the engine put the key back in and it went away but now when I remove the key I get vehicle protection system not available
For a few seconds and steering no longer locks.
Any help would be appreciated
You'll need it to be run through Alfa dedicated diagnostics to see what the actual error is and hopefully it can just be cleared.

Thank you for your reply, I disconnected the battery for 2 days and it went away.
