Was just firing the car up in neutral having not driven in for about 3 weeks and cannot select any gear. Clutch was working fine previously and pedal feels normal. Any easy suggestions or just tow it to the specialist?

Check for signs of weeping/leaking fluid around clutch slave cylinder. If leaking, you will need to replace and bleed clutch system.
