I have recently bought an alfetta gcl and I would like to remove the frontseat headrests to repair the seats.

Unfortunately the headrests will only rise about 90mm from the seat back ( I don't want to force anything in case it breaks) unlike most other headrests that simply come out like the 105 spider

I cannot see any  screws or other impediments

Any help would be appreciated
