Title: 147 twin spark jerky when driving

Hello all, have any of you experienced a jerky throttle sensation when driving a 147. mostly evident in first and second gears on low throttle. HELP please.

Surely not still having that 'Jerky feeling, TPS not the issue or the fuel pressure regulator? Perhaps the 147 does need the Italian tune-up. Certainly hope someone reading about your challenge can offer some advice as I know this has been very frustrating for you.

Thanks Mal, MAF,Throttle body. top engine mount,98 RON fuel all supposed cures. Yesterday new plugs after rocker cover gasket leaking into plug wells, Auto elec still scratching his head. Is there anyone out there with a cure please?

I assume it's a manual?

Are there any warning lights, has it been scanned with Alfa Romeo specific diagnostic software for errors?

Could possibly be a failing fuel pump.

Thanks Bonno, fuel pump hasnt been ruled out yet. I will have that checked. Thanks for your assistance. Cheers
