Post by: bonno on July 25, 2019, 01:56:41 PM

Have recently serviced my carburettors fitted on my Alfetta GTV 2.0L and share this experience on the process via the following power point presentation

Hi Carlo
Check out slide 17 'bench and on car adjustments'.  The 2.5 turns is what is detailed on one of the links on the last slide, but my carburettors  required 3.5 turns out.

yes that works only after you have a basic balance for fine tune
but if the carbs are way out you would have a hard time working it out you need to get the carbs set up first as per the manual
the manual that comes with car says how to balance
but the other info is great
the idle mix is an error or oversight
small issue probabley a cut and paste from how to rebuild webers
