Title: Oil consumption
Post by: alfagtv100 (Biggus) on March 30, 2019, 10:15:33 PM
Throughout 10 years of ownership, my 3.2l V6 159 did not consume oil.
My Giulia drinks just under half its oil capacity between service intervals (15,000 kms).
I am not overly concerned, as I don't mind topping up, or having my car serviced regularly.
However, I would like to ask the Giulia community; is this level of oil consumption considered 'normal'?
This is my first turbo and I do not know if turbos drink more oil (and have not consulted the book of Google), but would appreciate the opinion of the internet.
Regardless, Giulia remains an awesome car.

I have no idea.

But it seems it is topic of discussion on the "giuliaforums" platform.

Does your model of Giulia have a dipstick or just relies on the electronic sensor?
