I need a window actuator/ motor for the RH front door of a 5 door 147
let me know if anyone has one
What's failed?
the top pulley has had the sides break off
that let the cable fall off the pulley
the pulley doesn't seem to be replaceable.
Also the rubber grommet that sits between the actuator and the glass has perished and fell apart while I had the actuator out
That's a handful. Grommet I probably have one off a rear window that shattered.
I may have a pulley wheel off a Xsara reg, can you wait a few hours for me to measure? Normally I carefully drill off the "hammered" or spread side of a rivet pin like this, and through fix it with a stainless button head machine screw, nyloc and flatwasher.

He has brand new ones for about $170 if I remember correctly.
I know the problem of the end pulleys breaking very well and can assure you that any "Lateral Thinking" repair will only fail again.
Trust my well scared knuckles and extensive knowledge of cursing and expletives, bite the bullet and buy a new one.
Also remember, items from wreckers are just as old and perished as the one you have in your hand. (unfortunately)
Well, there you go.
New regulator arrived, but it doesnt include the rubber grommet that goes between the slider and the window glass.
The old one disintegrated when I first tried to fix the old regulator.
Any ideas of a art number? Or an Image?
I figure If I could see what the original part looked like I might be able to find something else that would work
