**** SOLD ****

Barn Find........

Well nearly. This 1974 2000GTV has been gathering dust in a garage for over 14 years. Prior to this it was a much loved everyday driver before succumbing to a more practical family car.  The emotionally attached owner has come to the realisation that it's simply time to have it find a new home whereby it can hopefully undergo a well deserved full restoration.

I am acting as an agent on behalf of a friend whereby EOI's are being sort after. My friend is looking for a quick and respectful transaction for this tired little gem that has been in his family for over 30 years.

The Car is garaged 13 km north-west of Melbourne's CBD. Up until around 4 years ago it was being started and taken for a run around the block on a fortnightly basis for which the owner suggests the engine was very strong and was running well. However, let's not be any under illusions here, this is an honest 105 Series that has rust in most of the typical areas and requires a full restoration.

My reckoning is that in many respects, you are better off with a 'warts and all' laid up car for not a great deal of money than a overpriced in un-roadworthy registered rust bucket that ultimately needs exactly the same amount of work.

If you're looking for a project and up to the task, please send me a PM and I'll be happy to put you in touch with the owner if you are seriously interested.

Thanks for all who have shown interest in this car. No more Inquiries at this stage as the owner will deal with the pool of interested parties to close this out over the next few days.
