Just wanted to let you all know that there's now a place out in Dandenong where you can hire a car hoist / lift by the hour. The guy running it is super helpful (especially as I ended up spending 4 hours there instead of my planned 1) and friendly. Services start at $30p/h.

Do they have a four poster?
Not sure sorry, they are the type that have 2 poles either side and the legs swing in.
They have 3 hoists.
