I have a 2001 phase 2 3.0 that I enjoy looking at and driving in equal measure.
According to Robert Foskett's book, Alfa Romeo 916 GTV and Spider, Alfa only made 512 Phase 3 GTVs making the car a fairly rare beast (and arguably the most collectable).
