I am wondering if anyone can let me know where the best place is to buy/fit new shocks for my 159 tdi 2011?
Upper and Lower arm bushes required as well.

Simplest place to start would be a local Alfa specialist, like cileberti motors in Osborne park, auto delta in Malaga or auto Italia in Morley
One more suggestion - I know someone who does amateur motor racing on a budget who gets suspension work done at WA Suspensions in Colray Ave in Osborne Park, just around the corner from Cileberti Motors. Can't vouch for them myself, but he seemed pretty happy with them.
