Title: Far away from Australia
Post by: brunoV6QV on September 01, 2016, 03:22:22 AM
Hi There,

I finally decided myself to register after all the informations I got from the post of Shiny_car's 75V6 restoration topic .

Very very interesting and detailed when nothing so complete exists on the subject of this Youngtimer.

So let me introduce myself.

Living in France in Burgundy near Beaune for those who know this wine area.

My cars :

1990 75 V6 QV

1971 Spider 1300 Junior

1982 GTV6 race car with 3.2 24V for european challenge

I bought the 75 V6 Dec 2014 . I always wanted to go back to the car I bought new in 1991.

So did I !

But this car was not orignally equipped with aircon . And there Australia came to my help. :)

I got in touch with Mille Miglia Motors by ebay for a steering wheel horn contact plate.
After discussion he supplied me many aircon parts from a wreck .

And since 2 weeks the aircon works.

So that is.

All the best from France
Bruno

Bonjour Bruno!  Vous avez une superbe collection de classiques Alfas là

J'habite en France pour deux ans (Paris, Provence, Alsace); je ne connais votre region pas.  But it's probably full of Australians (making your wine) anyway!  One day...

Bienvenue!!
