Title: 159 Headlights - fibrous filaments inside??
Post by: kaleuclint on April 20, 2015, 09:31:11 AM
Noticed this today:

At first thought it was reflection of scratches on the lens, but it appears that there is some kind of fibrous material breaking down or coming adrift in the shell.  Any ideas??

Spider??  No - it's a berlina...  :D

Yeah, some of the Ausalfa boys suggested same.  I reckon you are right.  No one is reporting molten strings of plastic in their headlights and spiders are known to inhabit my cars!  Just haven't seen webs illuminated by so many watts before.
