An Alfasud Sprint has discs, a 33 based Sprint has drums.
You will need to put disc calipers on that have a solid adjuster and handbrake assembly, like for example a 156 rear caliper or a caliper that fits.
You will need a disc and hub assembly with the bolt pattern that you are after, but it will be difficult to match up the offsets and bearings.
You can buy screw in studs to replace bolts, i know someone who did it on a Sud, because he hated trying to line everything up while putting on a wheel.
The studs are most likely available on ebay, a tyre joint or suspension specialist.
