So, this is on Saturday morning... first one ever was last month and had a pretty good turnout.
Sounds good - I'm in.
Andrew
Bugger, I don't get my starter back until Monday!
@craig_m67 - Nothing a push start can't fix.
I guess I could always bring sooty and look at all the classics, it'd be nice to put some faces to names after all :)
Borrow a starter from Derek? :P
It's bolting it all back together again that I really only want to do once as there is very little room under the carbs etc on a 1600. Makes the 2000 look spacious by comparison :)
There's always next month Craig. I'd love to see that Junior of yours. Or will the NSW rego run out by then?
On again this weekend!
Next one is 4th October.
I was the solitary Alfa (again) - there was about 6 of the Fiat guys rocked up though...
you know I'm trying! :(

Sorry, it was Father's Day, I went up to Hervey Bay (in an Alfa, av. 3.9L/100Ks)
October sounds good
Any pics?
I'm not really a camera guy, but there's a gallery of pics a mate took here - he's a porsche tragic, so forgive the content!

I'm not going to be at the next one - wedding anniversary....
Craig, what model Alfa did you drive on that Hervey Bay trip? That's seriously good economy.

156 1.9JTD Sportwagon.
It's not typical economy, we were effectively hypermiling due to roadwork speed limits and a zero pt license :o Got a good run though and only had to stop once. It normally gets between 4-5 for speedy freeway trips or 6 for healthy burst around town.
Here's the flyer for October!
Forgot to post about November - I haven't been to the last 2, but they're getting bigger and bigger!
Next one is on this Saturday - 6th December, as per usual at Samios Fine Foods, Turbo Drive Coorparoo... I'll most likely be there this month!
Any idea if it is on again this coming Saturday 3rd Jan 2015?
Steve
Hi Steve, yeah, it was - i wasn't there though. It'll be on again first Saturday of Feb.
On again this saturday, rain or shine!
As above, This Saturday is cars and coffee, same Bat time, same Bat Channel!
It was a spectacular day with great variety of cars. Next time we need to see more Alfas there.
Paul
Yeah, that Series 2 2600 was lovely.
I need to find out where the rear speaker grilles came from...
I got there a little late and was relegated to one of the back car parks.
Next one lines up with Easter Saturday.
I believe they came from Koenigs in Germany along with the Becker Europa Stereo Radio and speakers. https://www.koenigs-klassik-radios.de/en/loudspeaker/universal-loudspeaker-cover-angular-12x16-cms-grill3/a-31127/
Be aware this set up only plays 60's and 70's music though. http://www.alfaclubvic.org.au/forum/Smileys/default/grin.gif
Paul
Lol.
I've got a mono FM Becker in the dash - been hanging off putting a speaker on it because I lost my old grille, and haven't been able to find a new one that I like.
This is on again this Saturday morning - it's been getting pretty big lately!
So is it at Samios every month? Might rock up and check it out this weekend
Yep, on again this Saturday morning...
And again this saturday morning - It's been absolutely huge the last couple of months, slowly getting more alfas show up, but there's always 10x more Fiats arrive...
I went last Saturday. Fantastic turnout, and a great range of cars. I had to park a kilometre away, so I might as well have brought the Prado. It's certainly outgrown that location, but I got a good walk out of that.
I arrived at the scheduled start time, hence the reason for parking so far away. As I was turning into the 'main drag', a red 105 GTV was leaving, and I never saw it again. Didn't recognise the driver, but that's not saying a lot. Apart from mine, the only other Alfa I saw was a white Giulia Ti (the boxy ones). I'm sure I've seen it around the club, but again I can't place the owner. The Fiat club were organised, and provided a good selection. Maybe we should do the same sometime.
The feast of Lambos, Mazzas, Fezzas, etc was worth the effort of going alone, let alone all the ye olde American iron, rice burners, and other interesting cars. For my money they could do without all the Camaros, Mustangs, BMWs, etc, which seemed a dime a dozen, and just stick to the more interesting cars. But of course, there is no way of achieving that.
We're on again this weekend - Get in early if you want a decent parking spot!
Hi new here just wondering if you could give me some info on the cars and coffee pls
Have a look at the facebook page:
https://www.facebook.com/carsandcoffeebrisbane/
Thanks for that I will be aiming to get to the may event. :)
Have been busy beyond belief :o .
And it's on tomorrow morning again!
Pretty good turnout for the Alfa contingent on Saturday. I got there a little late, but there was at least:
Giulietta Sprint
Freccia D'Oro
1750(?) Berlina
2l 105 GTV with a Twinspark
Stepnose GTV with a Nissan motor (SR20? only saw the sump and the nissan badge on the back)
and my 66 GTV
Bump - on again at Turbo Drive Coorparoo on saturday morning.

Bump - on again at Turbo Drive Coorparoo on saturday morning.
And again.
Seems to be more Alfas getting along these days.
As per usual, it's on again this Saturday, Turbo Drive Coorparoo.
As above - it's that time of the month again.
And this Saturday coming. Apparently there was a good turnout of Alfas last month, I was otherwise indisposed and didn't make it.
Hi to the local Alfisti,
Is the Cars and Coffee still a goer?
From the AROCA QLD facebook page the monthly event is still going.
