Not so sure on the "most stupid" award - fwd, terminal understeer - the mistake was exiting the chicane too fast. I realise it doesn't score many style points compared to most in the video, but its not clear it makes it any more stupid...

No, he clearly breaks the left wheel off the steering rack as he clouts that pile of tyres, and that left wheel steers him into the barrier when he gets back on the gas.
