Hi everyone!
As some of you may know, i have finally completed the 2010 Spettacolo Photobook ;D
After alot of dramas with getting it printed and getting it right, the end result is awesome!
The price is $135 + $10 postage (if required) Alot of work, time and money has gone into making this book the best quality possible and the best photo arrangement to make it look stunning! The book now also includes a plastic cover to ensure the front photo is protected, this is something i have added on myself to make this book even better!
I really appreciate the compliments and support so far :)
The 2009 version is also still available if anyone is interested, you are also welcome to order any extra prints of your pride an joy :)
Just PM me or email me at marisa.gangemi@gmail.com
Cheers

Come on guys!!!!
Give your coffee table some personality!!!! You can't find this book anywhere else! It is a true keepsake of Spettacolo 2010!!! ;)
For those of us that were not there, can you indicate no. of pages and content (any text?). Just so I know what my dollars would get me. Are the books numbered? photo of front cover?
And well done for having the initiative to do such a challenging project. that would have taken ages.
cheers
Mike
Mike,
I will let Marisa answer the technical parts of your question.
However, I purchased one of Marisa's albums sight unseen - and I am very happy with both the quality and the content.
IMHO:
The album is very professionally presented and an artistic work as well.
It covers many (most?) of the cars and models on display that day.
There are many photos and all are in full colour.
It really is a very attractive book for the Alfista, the library and/or the coffee table.
Peter.
PS My car did not feature prominently in the album either.
Thanks AlfaACT you are a champ!!! ;D
Now Mike as for the details...
The book is 12"x12" with a black leather cover and consists of 18 pages worth of photos, each page having around 6 – 7 photos depending on the arrangement. The front cover also has a clear plastic cover on the window section prevent the first page getting scratched or damaged, this is something I have added myself after I receive the books from the printers.
The only text is on the front cover Alfa Romeo Owners Club Spettacolo 2010 Photography By Marisa Gangemi

Last year was an important year for the marque which was a great time for talented people like you (and others) to take a step forward and contribute to the Club in different ways.

Can you give some indication of what is in the book? I realise you don't want to compromise your intellectual property, but personally I certainly wouldn't spend that amount of money on something of which I know very little.
I think posting thumbnails of what is in the book may help people decide if they want to purchase it. Just an idea.
Any pics of Mario Speedwagon?
Congratulations Marisa.
See you in Canberra.
Best Regards
Phil

Hmmm that 33! Sitting in the garage just waiting to be driven, unfortunatly has a cracked dashboard which dad is fixing atm... :(
So who here from Melbourne is going to Auto Italia and on what days are you heading up???? Kinda hoping i can follow and travel with a group....
I'd recommend getting someone to share the driving with if you can - esp if you haven't done a lot of long distance driving. The hume to Canberra is pretty boring and it's easy to drift concentration.

Yeah i am trying to convince my dad or someone to help with the drive, done a few long drives with Alfie and i tend to get cramps in my legs and neck and yes as i found yesterday driving to and from Winton the hume is very boring... ;)
The hume is speed camera after speed camera. If only things were like they are in europe, 1st lane speed limit, 2nd lane moderate speed and 3rd lane off the clock, i would consider driving my 156 to canberra rather than booking a flight if i decide to go.
