Better off using the 10:1 pistons from the Motronic Spyders. Better flame front propagation.

Engine rebuild just about complete of 1979 Alfetta GTV with 85mm 10.5:1 JE Pistons http://www.spruellmotorsport.com/piston-liner-set-2000-85mm-nord-1051-apple-bite-dish-dome-p-3958.html (http://www.spruellmotorsport.com/piston-liner-set-2000-85mm-nord-1051-apple-bite-dish-dome-p-3958.html)

I read somewhere on alfabb that these 85mm liners  were problematic in that unless you got the monobloc liner
they cracked ? I personally dont know mind you, the same blog said dont get the borgo either as they have issues as well
they did recommend the motronic however '
just my 25 cents worth
maybe they make the motronic

The post I read on alfabb where the owner had constant problems with liners cracking was when he was using 12:1 compression.
