Leyburn was (for Leyburn) remarkably warm this year, and other than a couple of brief light showers stayed dry.
For those not familiar with the event its a 1.1km timed run around the streets of Leyburn, about 60km west of Warwick.

This year there was a bit of an invasion by Scuderia Yandina Creek in 3 Alfetta GTVs, a 4th Alfetta GTV, a 147 and Bob Bear in his 105 GTV, which is as many Alfas as I've seen at the event in years - possibly equaling the number of Fiats for once?

Fantastic pics Darryl. How did George's turbo run?
The turbo was fine for a 1.1km sprint run on avgas (at a very conservative AFR). It will be interesting to see how it gets developed from here.
