Is it just the centre and is a 1600 ratio the same as I think I have a spare?

Derek

I've been talking to my mechanic up here and he said it will have 941 stamped on the crown wheel if it is the right one. (9pinion/41 crown).

How good is the condition? What money are you chasing? Where are you? My phone number is 46308022 if you want to have a talk to me.

Thanks for getting back!

Regards

Andrew Mathewson.

Not all crown wheels (or pinions) had the ratio stamped on them. There is a small flat machined area on the bottom of the gearbox that had the diff ratio stamped there. Why on the geqrbox? I have no idea either.
